<b>Objectives:</b> The present study examines the importance of pain assessment, documentation, and education among nurses caring for critically ill patients.<br /> <b>Methods:</b> This cross-sectional descriptive was conducted on a convenience sample 200 working in acute care settings hospitals Irbid, Jordan. Data were gathered via self-administered questionnaires. Eight items aassessment management questionnaire used this to measure <b>Results:</b> There significant positive correlation between use assessment tools patients’ able self-report tools. rated intensive units patients with burns as being most extremely important.
